NOTE:  Due to increased transportation costs:

 

There will be a flat $15 mileage charge applied to all appointments (10-20 miles one way)

 

There will be a flat $20 mileage charge applied to all appointments (21-40 miles one way)

Mileage over 40 miles one way will be charged at 0.50 per mile roundtrip

 

Boston commutes will be charged a flat $25

TERMS:  Payment is expected at time of service (check or cash - sorry I do not take credit)

Up to 40 miles one way from Gloucester         $60 per hour with one

                                                                           hour min

 

41-60 miles one way from Gloucester             $60 per hour with a $20 mileage charge

 

61-100 miles one way from Gloucester           0.50 per mile roundtrip

 

Most jobs are typically handled in two hours.  Quotes are given for extensive repairs and are not charged at the hourly rate.

 

Virus/spyware cleanup normally takes between two and four hours.

SPECIAL SERVICES

 

 

Full Restore/Backup  Package WITH Restore CD

PC9LIVES will backup customer files (customer must provide complete listing)

Reformat - reinstall  from customer's restore CD

Install Patches/new drivers - restore  data files                                   $180

 

Full Restore/Backup  Package WITHOUT Restore CD

(Note:  Customer MUST have Operating System)

PC9LIVES will backup files - reformat drive & restore

Install patches/update drivers                                                               $225

 

(Note:  Customer MUST have system restore CD or operating system and office software.  At no time will PC9LIVES install software not legally owned by customer.  If customer does not have software, then they will need to purchase operating system and office products for reinstallation.

 

PC9LIVES assumes customer is legal owner of all software provided at time of service.  Responsibility for licensing resides solely with customer).

 

Backup Service

Backup of customer files to CD

(customer must provide complete listing)                                               $75

 

BACKUP:  (Note:  Customer MUST provide complete list of files to backup.  PC9LIVES is not responsible for loss of data not included on customer's order).
